Khanqah (خانگاه)
is a place where Sufi brotherhood gathers and is a place for spiritual
retreat and character reformation. In the golden period of Sufis, the
hospices were prevalent in Islamic world and were used served as
hospices for travelers and Sufi students.
In
this age of internet, this website will provide a forum to share the
Sufi doctrines and help the seeker reach the sought. BY NO MEANS, this
can substitute a kamil Murshid.
Based
on Hadis of Hazrat Mohammed (PUBH) ”Man la Shafihu sheikhus shytaan” –
“Who has no Sheikh, his sheikh is satan”, seek a Murshid who can make
you adept in Ilm-E- Irfaan.
“Man Arfa Nafsahu, faqad arfa Rabbuhu” reads another hadis, it means ” Who Knows oneself, knows his Rab”
“O
God! if I worship Thee in fear of Hell, burn me in Hell; and if I
worship Thee in hope of Paradise, exclude me from Paradise; but if I
worship Thee for Thine own sake, withhold not Thine everlasting beauty!”
(RABIA BASRI.)
